Do's and Don'ts of Medical Assistance - Fond du Lac County Economic Support workers
will explain Guardian Roles in the process of applying for medical assistance and annual
reviews. 

  Guardianship and the Role of Guardian ad Litem** - Attorneys Michael Gibbs and Dylan
Schultz will provide information regarding filing a petition for Guardianship and what the 
role of a Guardian ad Litem should be. 
  The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - The Probate office staff will offer tips and techniques 
to make filing your inventory and annual report/accounting as easy as 1-2-3.

Breakout Session 2 

  Do's and Don'ts of Medical Assistance - Fond du Lac County Economic Support workers
will explain Guardian Roles in the process of applying for medical assistance and annual
reviews. 
  Understanding Guardianship: Roles, Responsibilities, and What's Next - Aging & Disability
Resource Center
and Department of Community Programs will present an overview of the 
County roles regarding Guardianship.
  Preserving the Rights of Individuals Under Guardianship - Presented by staff from Lakeland
Care District
, Community Care Inc., and Corporate Guardians of Northeast WI, this session
discusses the preservation of rights of individuals under guardianship and why it's important.
*Lunch is not provided as part of the training but will be available for purchase with all proceeds benefiting National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) of Fond du Lac County.
**CLE Credits may be available for attorneys that attend.
