Erosion Netting
Erosion netting is 12 Ft. wide and includes metal stakes. The price is $0.15/Foot.
Root Gel
1 oz. of Root Gel will treat 200 seedlings or 60 transplants. Root Gel sells for $1.50/oz.
Tree Tubes
4’ tree shelters and 4' stakes are available. Tree shelters and stakes are sold in multiples of 25 or individually. Please call the office for the current price.
Tree Seedlings
The Fond du Lac County Land and Water Conservation Department offers seedling trees for the following spring planting. The trees can be used to establish windbreaks, develop wildlife habitat, or reforest small areas. The tree forms become available late September/early October.
The trees are sold in increments of 50 and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Distribution of trees takes place in mid April. Varieties and prices vary from year to year. To help with postage expenses, the department requests anyone wishing to receive an order form through the mail, to please provide a self addressed stamped business size envelope.
Wildflower Seed Mix
A variety of prairie wildflower seed mixes are available. Each flower mix will bring the sights, smells and sounds of the native prairie to your back yard. A sure hit with songbirds, hummingbirds, honeybees and butterflies. There is a mixture for different soil types and sun exposure.
