The Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard for Support Payments
The Wisconsin Child Support Program provides a secure and convenient way to receive payments with the Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard, issued by Comercia Bank and managed by EPPIC. If you do not sign up for direct deposit, you will get the Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard once the Trust Fund processes your first support payment.
Once the first child support collection is received, it will be posted to your Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard. Within 2 to 3 business days you will receive a letter indicating your card is coming. You will get your card 5 to 10 business days after you get the first letter. If no payment is made on your case, you will not get a card.
Direct deposit is a secure and convenient way to receive child support payments. You can choose to directly deposit your child support funds into a checking OR a savings account. If you want direct deposit simply fill out the Direct Deposit Application and mail it to the address found on the top left hand corner of the direct deposit application. Payments received after submitting an application for direct deposit will be deposited directly into your checking or savings account. You can switch to direct deposit at anytime by following the process below.
- If you are depositing into a checking account, you will need to include a voided check (not a deposit slip) along with the direct deposit application.
- If you are depositing into a savings account, you will need to include a letter prepared by your financial institution on their letterhead along with the direct deposit application. The letter must include your savings account number and the financial institution's routing number.
- If you do not have a printer, you can get the Direct Deposit form mailed to you by calling the KIDS Info Line (800) 991-5530 (toll-free); (877) 209-5209 (toll-free TDD), weekdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
