State licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselors focus on the prevention and early intervention of substance use disorders. Our goal is to provide the resources to enhance recovery from addictions and support the necessary lifestyle changes to maintain abstinence. Services are provided on individual need, utilizing the most appropriate and least restrictive care whenever possible.

 

Outpatient substance abuse services available include:

  • Alcohol and drug assessments

  • Individual adult and adolescent counseling

  • Intensive outpatient treatment

    • Monday-Thursday 8-11:30am (requires department approval)

  • Group aftercare

  • Specialized women aftercare group

  • Relapse prevention

  • Family treatment program

  • Day and evening programs

  • Community prevention and education

     

    *Hospital Detoxification and residential treatment require prior authorization from the Department.

    8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Thursday

     

    8 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday

    Eligibility:

     

  1. Fond du lac County residency

  2. Person must be seen for an initial Intake/Assessment to determine appropriate level of care

  3. Some insurance limitations

  4. Sliding fee scale for uninsured and underinsured persons
