The Pro Se Legal Clinic is for those choosing to represent themselves in
Family Court and Probate matters.
The Clinic provides:
- Court forms (fee)
- Copy services (fee)
- Assistance in reviewing forms for completeness
- Referrals to Community & Legal Resources
- Materials for legal research

APPOINTMENTS: Limited to no more than 30 minutes and generally book a week in advance. To make an appointment, please contact the Pro Se Legal Clinic at (920)929-3404 and indicate that you are requesting an appointment, date/time, for the Pro Se Legal Clinic.
Depending on the issue that you bring to the Pro Se Legal Clinic, the Customer Service Representative may assist you in finding the proper forms to file, make the appropriate number of copies, and provide instructions for service and filing procedures.
The Pro Se Legal Clinic can offer help in the following areas:
- Family Law (Divorce, Child Support, Custody/Placement)
- Domestic Abuse/Harassment Injunctions
- Probate (Informal, Transfer by Affidavit)
The Clinic is a requirement prior to any hearings being scheduled before the Family Court Commissioner for those individuals choosing to represent themselves. Please make an appointment to have forms reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Once forms are reviewed, Clinic staff will give you a court date.
LEGAL ASSISTANCE: The Pro Se Legal Clinic provides individuals with Family Law and/or Probate related questions with 20 minutes of free legal assistance with a volunteer attorney. These appointments are reserved for individuals who have accessed the Pro Se Legal Clinic, but are in need of assistance beyond what staff at the Clinic can provide.
APPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO 20 MINUTES.
PLEASE NOTE: THE PRO SE LEGAL CLINIC CANNOT HELP YOU IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ATTORNEY REPRESENTING YOU FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
