Employment Application Policy
Except as may be noted otherwise, Fond du Lac County only accepts employment applications when a position is vacant and recruitment is underway to fill the position.
Certain positions are filled utilizing applicant “eligibility lists” established by previous public announcement and recruitment.
Applications for County employment may be completed on our website under Job Postings and must be submitted in accordance with all pertinent rules and established application deadline dates.
- Applications for positions in health care fields, such as RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, are accepted on an on-going basis.
- Applicant "Eligibility Lists" are completed once per year for positions that may open throughout a given year:
> Summer Seasonal employment
> Clerical recruitment
> Corrections recruitment
> Patrol Deputy recruitment
