- If you have been adopted or terminated your parental rights, you may contact the Adoption Records Search Program to have them assist you with this confidential process.
- If you need a lawyer or held with a legal issue, you can contact the Statewide Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS).
- If you need an EIN number for a probate, you can contact the Internal Revenue Service.
- If you have questions or concerns regarding Wisconsin taxes, you can contact the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
