Mission
As an official local public health agency, the Fond du Lac County Health Department promotes and protects the health of all Fond du Lac County residents through assessment, advocacy, education, leadership and the provision of accessible services.

The services of the Fond du Lac County Health Department are available to all county residents regardless of age, sex, race, creed, income or circumstance. Referral for services are accepted from hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, schools, support agencies, families and individuals.
