Mission Statement

The mission of Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds office is to provide all services required by law.
To provide the official county repository for all real estate documents, vital records and military discharge records.
Provide convenient access to the public records.
To implement statutory changes, system modernizations and to provide timely services to our citizen-customers.

Real estate documents are recorded between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday except Holidays.  Documents received after 4:00pm are recorded the following business day.
