Is your case converted to E-filing?

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has created Wis. Stat. §801.18 authorizing mandatory electronic filing, effective July 1, 2016.

If your case is E-filed you can Opt into E-filing to have access to documents on your case for a fee of $20 per filer.

Prerequisites:   

  • If the case is a traditional paper case, it must first be converted to an electronic case before filers can Opt. in. Contact the clerk of court’s office for the case to be converted from a paper case to an electronic case.
