Fond du Lac County offers Full Time and Regular Part-Time employees an opportunity to participate in a deferred compensation program. This program is offered through ICMA-RC. It allows employees to make payroll deductions to allocate money into a retirement account. Participation in this is voluntary, and Fond du Lac County does not make any contributions on the employee's behalf. Employees are able to make contributions to their ICMA-RC account on a pre-tax and post-tax (Roth) basis.
