Fond du Lac County offers Full Time and Regular Part-Time employees an opportunity to participate in a deferred compensation program. This program is offered through MissionSquare, formerly ICMA-RC. It allows employees to make payroll deductions to allocate money into a retirement account. Participation in this is voluntary, and Fond du Lac County does not make any contributions on the employee's behalf. Employees are able to make contributions to their MissionSquare account on a pre-tax and post-tax (Roth) basis.
