The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Programs of Fond du Lac County provides timely, quality, and professional outpatient treatment to individuals with substance use disorders.

We work to prevent and treat substance use disorders and provide supports for people who are seeking or are already in recovery.

An appointment with our intake specialist is required prior to being set up with substance use services to determine eligibility.

Intake Hours:
Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Substance Use Disorder Services Include:
• Diagnostic Assessments 
• Intoxicated Driver Assessments
• Individual Therapy
• Group Therapy to include: 
• Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)
• Aftercare
• Family Programming (Open Group to the Community)
• Medication-Assisted Treatment-Vivitrol

A referral from a Fond du Lac County DHS substance use counselor is needed for IOP and Aftercare.

IOP runs Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-11:30am.

Aftercare runs Tuesday from 5:30pm-7:00pm or Friday from 8:30am-10:00am. 

*Please note that it is policy of Fond du Lac County DHS to give priority admission and treatment services to pregnant women.
