Ordinances
Fond du Lac County Land and Water Conservation administers two ordinances:
Chapter 14: Animal Waste Storage Facility Ordinance; and
Chapter 27: Erosion Control & Stormwater Management.
The purpose of Chapter 14 is to regulate the location, design, construction, installation, alteration and use of animal waste storage facilities to prevent surface water and groundwater pollution.
The purpose of Chapter 27 is intended to regulate construction site erosion and stormwater management.
