The County Planner shall be responsible for the administration of the Subdivision Ordinance. No plat of any subdivision or land division shall be entitled to record in the office of the Register of Deeds or have any validity until it shall have been approved in a manner prescribed in the County Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 48 Subdivisions of the Fond du Lac County Code.
