Services Offered
As of November 1, 2025, the heat shut off moratorium is in effect, and will run through April 15, 2026. During this moratorium, no utility company may disconnect a customer's heat for failure to pay their bill.
*Note that this only extends to electricity if the customer has electric heat or uses electricity to push heat through their home.
