Highway 49 Wayside Park
The Hwy 49 Wayside Park is located at W10520 Church Rd., Waupun and consists of approximately 2 acres of land adjacent to the Rock River on the county’s southern edge. Fond du Lac County acquired this wayside park in 1998 from the Town of Waupun and maintains it mainly for picnicking, fishing and nature watching. The wayside is located 1 mile west of the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge.
