The mission of the Purchasing Department of Fond du Lac County is to provide responsive and efficient procurement services at the lowest possible cost, consistent with the quality needed to provide the very best services while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.

Risk Management Mission

The mission of the Risk Management Department is to identify risk, evaluate potential loss, review alternatives for risk avoidance through the most effective method, whether through corrective action or private insurance carrier.  The office of the Risk Manager shall insure that the County employees are adequately trained in proper safety methods, and that the employees' working environment is reasonably safe from accidents and hazards.
