Senior Dining: Provide one hot, nutritious meal containing one-third of the daily dietary needs at nine sites throughout the county.



 Mobile Meals: Provide one nutritionally balanced hot meal five days per week on a temporary or permanent basis to the home bound.

Benefit Specialist

Provide accurate and current information on your benefits, suggest alternative actions that you can take to secure benefits or appeal denials of benefits, advocate on your behalf with other parties, explain what legal action or other possible solution is required, and refer you to an appropriate attorney when necessary. Can assist with a variety of programs and issues, including but not limited to: Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage Plans, SeniorCare/Prescription Drugs, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security, Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Consumer Problems, Age discrimination in employment, housing problems, supportive home services, food stamps, meal programs, general relief, and benefits check-up. These services are free of charge to all seniors and have no income or asset limit or requirement.

National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP)

Provide information, support and assistance to family caregivers and grandparents or relative caregivers age 55 or older, who are caring for children under age 19, or who are caring for a relative with a disability who is 19-59 years of age.  For those family caregivers that meet eligibility requirements, some funds may be available to assist with in-home respite care and/or adult day service costs.

.Alzheimer’s Family Caregiver Support Program (AFCSP)

Provide information, support and possible financial assistance to people who are caring in the home for a family member with Alzheimer’s or some form of irreversible dementia.  Must meet eligibility requirements for financial assistance.
