A. Composition
To consist of a maximum of eight members, allowing for the appointment of a physician, a registered nurse and one individual who has demonstrated interest and competence in the field of public health.

The creation of the Board of Health is mandated by Wis. Stat. § 251.03(1) and was adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 70-94 on August 16, 1994. The Board of Health is the policymaking body of the Fond du Lac County Health Department. The board’s duties are established by Wis. Stat. § 251.04.
